Law firm unveils HIP refund plan

Paul Rooney Partnership Solicitors has launched a Home Information Pack (HIP) Price Refund Plan.

The firm said that offering a refund for the HIP on completion of the sale may be appealing to direct customers as well as estate agents and intermediaries looking to attract new clients. Upon instruction, an upfront payment of £200 is made from the customer to create the HIP and secure the conveyancing deal. Upon completion of the legal sale with the Paul Rooney Partnership, the £200 payment is refunded from the legal fees charged.
