Foot injuries for which compensation is payable range from the severe leading to amputation to the crush injury or wound from which a full recovery is made within a few months.
The amount of compensation depends on the nature and extent of any ongoing disability and limitation of movement.
Amputation of both feet - £98,500 to £117,000
Amputation of one foot - £48,850 to £63,625
Other severe injuries to the foot - £26,500 to £39,200
Other serious injuries to the foot - £14,500 to £22,650
Other moderate injuries to the foot - £4,000 to £14,500
Other minor foot injuries - £1,000 to £4,000
